As a seasoned business owner and OKRs coach, I bring a wealth of practical experience to the table. Having served as a board director and successfully grown my own businesses, I understand what it takes to achieve success. My diverse background, which includes time in as a marine engineer, oil industry experience, and many years in the tech industry, has equipped me with a unique perspective that I'm always eager to share with my clients.

Our journey started with DABS, a pioneering consultancy that paved the way for business growth coaching. From there, we founded Auxin Services with broader skillsets and then focused on OKRs consulting which led to the creation of AuxinOKR, where we delivered coaching assignments to major corporates worldwide. Our expertise in OKRs and other essential business growth strategies has helped countless businesses achieve their goals and realize their true potential. In 2023, we were acquired by Quantive, and we continue to deliver top-notch coaching services to our clients today.
